Subject:Future Event
Mood: cheerful

I was wondering if anyone would be at all interested in having a Saturday evening event later this semester. We will be having an interactive study and discussion on the role that music has in our walk with the Lord. I plan to have the event on a Saturday night in the main plaza in St. Augustine, across from the Cathedral. We could have some great discussion about the lyrics in many Christian songs and praise music. As we talk we can be listening to the music for some inspiration. Please let me know if you are interested. I hope to also have some munchies to soothe out hunger. Get back soon.

Subject:Internship help
Mood: pensive

Well, this week I get to start taking over all the Math lessons. So pray for me about that. Most importantly I have some of the kids from my class on my mind. A few of the boys are really needing some positive attention and sometimes its really hard to give the attention that they need. Also sometimes I see the teacher really degrading them and I want to approach her about it and am unsure of how to do it without overstepping my bounds. Pray for me.

Community Service
We are encouraging all of our members to really become involved in community service this semester.  Below is a list of upcoming opportunities that you can choose to attend.

We will be volunteering at the St. John's County Right to Life Annual Fundraising Spaghetti Dinner.
           Date:  Sunday, January 30.
Time: TBA (sometime in morning or afternoon)
Not sure yet if they need us to be servers or do prep work.

Pro-Life Procession at the 10:30am Mass
Sunday, January 23 (10:30 am Mass)
If you were born after 1973, please come!   People are still needed to represent years, and it would be great to have some extras, in case you are needed.

 "Cemetery of the Innocents"
          Saturday, February 12th
Time: morning (around 8 or 9 am)
Together we will hammer 4500 crosses into the ground
to remember the 4500 lives taken by abortion each day in our country.
Carol Wolff, director of the St. Gerard House, wants us to really spread the word to have the biggest turnout ever.  She said to     contact UF's group and tell them to spread the word, as well as UF.
All right, let's go!

Subject:Anniversary of Roe vs. Wade

In the next couple of weeks there is going to be a remembrence of the Roe vs. Wade decison. Mary and I are looking for people to represent specific years. For example, I am going to represent the year 1983. The remembrance is going to take place at St. Anastasia Catholic Church. Mary and I will give you more information about it at the meetings and I will post the information in here as soon as I recieve it. If you're interested please contact either Mary or me.
